We're a collaboration of small business owners, managers and specialists that have gained our skills from our own learning, failing, picking ourselves up and succeeding. In short, we learnt on the job, the hard way. We've had our own journeys but one thing has linked us together, we've really benefited by having someone we could lean on, guide us and encourage us at key points in our growth.
Why we're here
It's hard being the go to person for everything isn't it, especially when you're the only person. We know, we've all been there. We've learnt the hard way and we're to help you in your own time and in you own way.Now it's time for us to share that and help other small businesses and start ups benefit quickly and avoid some of the pitfalls we made. The old adage, we learn from our mistakes is cliched but with the right approach it can be a great learning exercise. My take on this is it's OK to Fail, but Fail Early, Learn and Try again. Some of the most successful businesses in the world, don't do now what they started out doing.
