What's the process?

We offer a range of services, from presentations, workshops, coaching and mentoring on a range of business processes and techniques as well as personal management techniques.

Our typical entry point would be through a taster seminar or webinar. You can choose a taster 15-20 interactive exercise where you will learn the concepts behind core business processes, or the full interactive seminar/webinar. These are part of a progressive journey and cover business essentials such as developing a bespoke sales and marketing plan; the art of presentation and persuasion; processes for growth; Making the most of digital etc.

Your benefit is that these are easily digestible stand-alone programmes that you can mix and match according to your needs at your pace. You can stop and start when you want and undertake as many as you want, there is no commitment.

The next stage would be a coaching or mentoring course. Our coaching courses focus on developing personal techniques such as:
